We  develop and plan projects  on real estate  and green energy that involves a number of cool things – rejuvenating  land and groundwater,  recycling buildings, designing  rainwater and biosphere systems, combining recycled materials and solar panels, and utilizing shade plants.

We develop projects that are close to transportation, work, entertainment and restaurants – types of  projects  that work together with  local communities, increase  city  revenues and generate funds  for affordable housing, community-based programs, and  maintenance  of parks, schools, water, sewers, and infrastructure.

We also explore hope and support when people gather in a community. Often, this leads to sharing ideas, creating new businesses, and greater job opportunities.
